CEES (Clean Earth Energy Solutions) is an Indian manufacturer of gasketed plate heat exchangers, known for its herringbone plate range, wide-gap free-flow plates for viscous and slurry duty, and robotically laser-welded semi-welded units used across power, oil & gas, HVAC, dairy, edible oil, and process industries. SRJ manufactures replacement plates and gaskets engineered to match the port layout, plate pitch, and corrugation pattern of CEES heat exchangers, so units already installed in your plant can be re-plated and re-gasketed without frame modification.
Our CEES-compatible plates are available in the same material grades used across the CEES range - SS304, SS316/316L, SS316Ti, SMO-254, Hastelloy, and Titanium on request - and gaskets are supplied in EPDM, NBR/NBR-HT/HNBR, Viton (FKM), and other compounds selected to suit your process fluid and temperature. Every part is dimensionally checked and pressure-tested before dispatch, giving plant engineers and procurement teams a dependable, drop-in alternative to OEM lead times.
SRJ manufactures replacement plates and gaskets compatible with CEES gasketed plate heat exchangers, pressed on tooling that replicates original port positions, plate gap, and corrugation profile across the herringbone, wide-gap free-flow, and semi-welded plate ranges. This means each replacement plate locates correctly on the carrying bar and guiding bar of your existing frame and holds the original tightening dimension, so there is no need to modify the column, bolts, or frame plate to fit a compatible part.
CEES units are widely used in power plants, oil & gas facilities, HVAC systems, data centre cooling loops, pharmaceutical processing, dairy, and edible oil refining - applications where the correct plate gap and port size directly affect flow behaviour, fouling resistance, and pressure drop. Because CEES offers a genuinely wide range of port sizes, from smaller 30NB duties up to large 500NB herringbone plates, SRJ maintains reference dimensions across this range so that plant teams replacing worn plates or perished gaskets don't lose production time waiting on a single OEM source.
Herringbone-pattern plates are cold-pressed to the same low-NTU and high-NTU profiles used in the original range, preserving the turbulence and heat transfer characteristics the unit was designed around. For wide-gap free-flow applications - such as corn slurry, fibrous, or particulate-laden fluids - SRJ produces compatible plates in the 8mm to 14mm gap range with matching port sizes, so units handling viscous or solids-bearing media continue to run without increased choking or fouling frequency after a plate change.
For semi-welded CEES units used in corrosive chemical duty, SRJ can supply compatible welded plate cassettes in the port sizes and plate gap commonly used across this range, manufactured in corrosion-resistant grades including SS316L, SS316Ti, SMO-254, Hastelloy, and Titanium, matched to your existing unit's material of construction and design pressure.
Gaskets are supplied in the elastomer or non-metallic compound your application requires - EPDM for general water and mild chemical duty, NBR/NBR-HT/HNBR for oil and hydrocarbon compatibility, Viton (FKM) for higher temperature and chemical resistance, and specialised options such as PTFE-faced ring gaskets or graphite/Klingersil-type compressed gaskets for specific process or high-temperature sealing needs. Each gasket is checked for correct groove fit before packing to ensure a reliable seal on reassembly.
SRJ's in-house Noida facility allows plates and gaskets to be manufactured to order rather than pulled from limited stock, so we can support both recently installed CEES units and older installations facing longer OEM turnaround. Every production batch is backed by our ISO 9001:2015 certified quality processes, including plate dimensional and flatness checks, gasket groove-fit verification, and pressure testing of assembled plate packs on request - giving your procurement team a documented basis for approving non-OEM replacement parts.
