LHE (originally founded as DHT in 2001, later rebranded LHE - Leader of Heat Exchanger) is a South Korean manufacturer of gasketed and welded plate heat exchangers, widely used across HVAC, domestic hot water, chemical processing, food & beverage, oil & gas, marine, and power generation applications. SRJ manufactures replacement plates and gaskets engineered to match the original port geometry, plate corrugation, and gasket groove profile used across LHE's HT and LH series, so units already installed in your plant can be re-plated and re-gasketed without any change to the existing frame.

Our LHE-compatible plates are available in SUS304, SUS316/316L, and Titanium, matching the material grades used across the LHE range, with Hastelloy and nickel-alloy options available for specialised corrosive-media applications. Gaskets are supplied in NBR and EPDM in clip-on or dual-clip fitting styles, matching LHE's own gasket-mounting design for fast, tool-free maintenance. Every plate and gasket is dimensionally checked and pressure-tested before dispatch, giving plant engineers and procurement teams a reliable, drop-in alternative to import lead times from Korea.

SRJ manufactures replacement plates and gaskets compatible with LHE plate heat exchangers, pressed on tooling matched to original port position, plate corrugation, and gasket groove geometry across LHE's HT series (including HT02 through HT356 class plates) and LH series units. Because each plate replicates the original dimensional reference, it seats correctly on the carrying and guiding bars of your existing frame without requiring any modification to the frame, tie bolts, or tightening arrangement.

LHE offers both asymmetric and symmetric plate patterns across its range, allowing the plate design to be matched to the specific thermal duty and flow conditions of the application - a detail SRJ's tooling reproduces so that a compatible plate does not compromise the pressure drop or heat transfer performance the unit was originally designed around. LHE plate heat exchangers are known for a compact design offering a high heat transfer surface area within a small footprint, making them a common choice where installation space is limited, such as skid-mounted HVAC and domestic hot water systems, as well as marine and offshore applications.

Gaskets on LHE units are typically secured using a clip-on or dual-clip (snap-on) fitting system, designed to prevent gasket displacement during vibration and to make plate pack reassembly straightforward even for maintenance staff with limited experience on the specific unit. SRJ replicates this same clip-fit gasket design in NBR and EPDM compounds, so gasket replacement during routine servicing is fast and matches the original fitting method exactly, reducing the risk of misalignment or incorrect seating.

Material selection for LHE-compatible plates follows the same grades used in genuine LHE plates - SUS304 and SUS316/316L for standard industrial, HVAC, and process duties, and Titanium, Hastelloy, or nickel-alloy grades for units handling more aggressive or corrosive media such as seawater, chemicals, or high-chloride process fluids. This ensures the replacement plate matches both the mechanical strength and corrosion resistance the original LHE unit was specified for.

SRJ's in-house Noida facility allows LHE-compatible plates and gaskets to be manufactured to order, supporting both recently installed HT/LH series units and older LHE (or legacy DHT-branded) installations where sourcing genuine Korean OEM spares may involve longer import lead times.
