Kelvion is a global manufacturer of gasketed, brazed, and fully-welded plate heat exchangers, formed in 2015 as a standalone company from the former GEA Heat Exchangers business, and today serving HVAC, refrigeration, power, marine, sugar, chemical, and food & beverage industries worldwide. SRJ manufactures replacement plates and gaskets engineered to match the original port geometry, plate corrugation, and gasket groove profile used across Kelvion's NT, NF, GG, and Free Flow gasketed series, so units already installed in your plant can be re-plated and re-gasketed without any change to the existing frame.

Our Kelvion-compatible plates are produced in AISI 304, AISI 316/316L, and Titanium, matching the material grades used across the Kelvion range, and gaskets are supplied in NBR, EPDM, HNBR, and Viton (FKM) compounds depending on your process fluid, temperature, and pressure. Every plate and gasket goes through dimensional inspection and pressure testing before dispatch, giving plant engineers and procurement teams a reliable, drop-in alternative to OEM lead times.

SRJ manufactures replacement plates and gaskets compatible with Kelvion plate heat exchangers, pressed on tooling matched to original port position, plate corrugation angle, and gasket groove geometry across Kelvion's NT (general-purpose gasketed), NF (sugar and food-processing gasketed), GG (drinking-water safe), and Free Flow (particulate/high-viscosity) series. Because each plate replicates the original clamping dimension and port layout, it seats correctly on the carrying and guiding bars of your existing frame without requiring any modification to the frame, tightening bolts, or support column.

Kelvion's NT series is positioned as its most flexible and universal gasketed plate range, built around an "OptiWave" corrugation pattern intended to distribute flow evenly across the full plate width, maximising heat transfer while keeping pressure drop low. The NF series is a technologically advanced variant of this platform used in demanding sugar and food-processing duties such as juice heating and purification, where high fouling resistance and consistent thermal performance are critical. The GG series is built specifically for potable/drinking water heating, using construction free of non-ferrous metals in the wetted path, while the Free Flow series uses a coarse-waved corrugation designed for media containing solids, crystals, fibres, or pulp, where wide flow gaps with minimal contact points are needed to prevent blockages.

SRJ's tooling reproduces the flow-distribution and self-alignment features found across the Kelvion plate range, so a replacement plate does not compromise the pressure drop or heat transfer performance the unit was designed to deliver. Where a Kelvion unit uses a self-aligning "PosLoc"-style plate design or an adhesive-free clip gasket similar to Kelvion's "EcoLoc" system, SRJ manufactures plates and gaskets to a matching alignment and groove geometry, so gasket replacement during routine maintenance remains fast and straightforward for your maintenance team, without tools or adhesive.

Plate material selection follows the same options used in genuine Kelvion units - AISI 304 for standard, lower-corrosion duties; AISI 316/316L for the majority of general industrial and process applications; and Titanium for units handling aggressive chemicals, chlorides, or seawater. Gaskets are supplied in NBR for oils and hydrocarbon-based media, EPDM for water and food-grade duties, HNBR for higher-temperature or oil-swelling-prone applications, and Viton (FKM) for aggressive chemical or high-temperature steam duties.

SRJ's in-house Noida facility allows Kelvion-compatible plates and gaskets to be manufactured to order, supporting both current NT/NF/GG/Free Flow installations and older GEA-heritage units still in service, where OEM spares may involve longer import lead times. Every production batch is backed by our ISO 9001:2015 certified quality process - dimensional and flatness checks on plates, groove-fit verification on gaskets, and pressure testing of assembled plate packs on request - giving your procurement team a documented basis for approving non-OEM Kelvion-compatible parts.
