Thermaline's T-series gasketed plate heat exchangers are known for features such as the patented Smart Identification System (laser-etched plate information visible even when the unit is assembled) and TagTeam automated dual-frame units. Double-wall welded plates are also available for applications requiring added leak-detection protection between the two fluid circuits. SRJ's tooling reproduces these same channel-depth and pattern categories, so a replacement plate is matched not just dimensionally but functionally to the duty your original Thermaline plate was selected for - whether that's gentle dairy/beverage processing or a more standard utility heating/cooling duty.

Because Thermaline heat exchangers are designed and manufactured to comply with FDA and 3-A sanitary standards, plate surface finish, gasket seating, and cleanability are especially important considerations for replacement parts used in food and beverage service.
