SWEP is one of the world's leading suppliers of brazed plate heat exchangers (BPHEs), offering single-phase and dual-phase copper-brazed units as well as an All-Stainless range, used across air conditioning, refrigeration, heating, industry, and district energy applications. SWEP also has a gasketed plate heat exchanger heritage spanning the G, GX, GC/GF, and HX/MF/UX series. SRJ manufactures replacement plates and gaskets engineered to match the original port geometry and plate corrugation used across SWEP's gasketed plate range, so units already installed in your plant can be re-plated and re-gasketed without any change to the existing frame.

Our SWEP-compatible gasketed plates are available in stainless steel, and gaskets are supplied in NBR, EPDM, and Viton (FKM) compounds depending on your process fluid and operating temperature. Every plate and gasket is dimensionally checked and pressure-tested before dispatch, giving plant engineers and procurement teams a reliable, drop-in alternative to OEM lead times.

SRJ manufactures replacement plates and gaskets compatible with SWEP gasketed plate heat exchangers, pressed on tooling matched to original port position, plate corrugation, and gasket groove geometry across the G-series, GX-series, GC/GF-series, and HX/MF/UX-series plate types. Because each plate replicates the original clamping dimension and port layout, it seats correctly on the carrying and guiding bars of your existing frame and holds the correct plate pack length, without requiring any modification to the frame, tightening bolts, or support column.

SWEP is globally recognised primarily for its brazed plate heat exchanger (BPHE) range, where a package of corrugated channel plates is vacuum-brazed between front and rear cover-plate assemblies, forming two hermetically sealed fluid circuits with no gaskets between plates. SWEP's BPHE portfolio spans units small enough to hold in one hand up to high-capacity models handling several megawatts of heating or cooling, and includes thin-film technology (a protective SiO2-based layer on inner surfaces) and an All-Stainless range for applications where copper is not permitted due to fluid compatibility. Because brazed construction does not use serviceable gaskets, SRJ's core replacement program for SWEP focuses on its gasketed plate range; for brazed BPHE units, SRJ can advise on full cassette replacement options based on your specific model and application.

For SWEP's gasketed plate heat exchangers, SRJ's tooling reproduces the flow-channel geometry and corrugation pattern of the original plate design, so a replacement plate does not compromise the pressure drop or heat transfer performance the unit was originally specified for. Gaskets are supplied in NBR, EPDM, and Viton (FKM), in glued or clip-fit formats matching your original plate's fixing method, selected according to your process fluid, temperature, and pressure. Where drinking-water or other single-wall protective applications require pressure-differential safeguards between primary and secondary circuits, SRJ can advise on appropriate plate and gasket configuration consistent with SWEP's own installation guidance.

SRJ's in-house Noida facility allows SWEP-compatible plates and gaskets to be manufactured to order, supporting both recently installed gasketed units and older SWEP installations where genuine OEM spares may involve longer import lead times.
