SRJ manufactures replacement plates and gaskets engineered to match Cetetherm's original port layout, plate corrugation, and flow-channel geometry, so every replacement part fits directly into your existing frame without rework.

Our Cetetherm-compatible plates are available in stainless steel (AISI 316/316L and Titanium on request), and gaskets are offered in NBR, EPDM, and Viton compounds depending on your operating temperature, fluid compatibility, and application. Each plate is cold-pressed from certified stainless steel coil using dies matched to the specific corrugation angle and flow pattern of the original Cetetherm plate - herringbone or chevron pattern, depending on series - which preserves the turbulence profile needed for efficient heat transfer and resistance to fouling. Plate thickness, port diameter, and gasket groove depth are held to the original specification, so thermal performance and pressure rating are not compromised by using a compatible part instead of an OEM one.

Gaskets are supplied as full clip-on or glue-type gaskets depending on your plate generation, moulded in NBR for general heating and water duty, EPDM for wider chemical and temperature tolerance, or Viton where oil, fuel, or aggressive media compatibility is required. All gasket compounds are selected to meet the temperature and pressure envelope typical of Cetetherm district heating and process applications, and each gasket is checked for correct groove fit before packing.

SRJ's in-house facility in Noida allows us to manufacture Cetetherm-compatible plates and gaskets to order rather than holding limited stock, which means we can support both current CT/EP series units as well as older installations where original spares have become difficult to source.
