Fischer (Fischer Maschinen- und Apparatebau GmbH, Austria) is a long-established European manufacturer of plate heat exchangers, widely used in food and beverage pasteurization, juice and dairy processing, chemical processing, and heating applications. SRJ manufactures replacement plates and gaskets engineered to match the port geometry, plate pitch, and corrugation profile of Fischer heat exchangers across the E-series range, so units already installed in your plant can be re-plated and re-gasketed without any change to the existing frame.

Our Fischer-compatible plates are available in AISI 316L, 254SMO, and Titanium, matching the material grades used across the Fischer range, and gaskets are supplied in EPDM, FKM (Viton), and IIR-HT (butyl) compounds depending on your process temperature and media. Every plate and gasket is dimensionally checked and pressure-tested before dispatch, giving plant engineers and procurement teams a reliable, drop-in alternative to long OEM lead times.

SRJ manufactures replacement plates and gaskets compatible with Fischer plate heat exchangers, pressed on tooling matched to original port geometry, plate profile, and gasket groove, across Fischer's E-series and multibolt/central-closure frame designs. Because each plate is produced to the same dimensional reference as the original, it drops into your existing frame - whether fitted with a multibolt closure (model SN or SL) or a central closure (model ZN) - without requiring any modification to the carrying bar, guide bar, or tightening arrangement.

Fischer heat exchangers are heavily used in pasteurization and thermal processing lines for juice, dairy, and other food and beverage products, as well as in chemical, steel, and heating/solar applications. In these processes, consistent plate corrugation and correct gasket sealing directly affect pasteurization efficiency, hygiene compliance, and uptime, which is why maintaining an exact-fit replacement part matters more than in general-purpose duties. SRJ's replacement program is built to support this: we maintain reference dimensions for popular Fischer E-series models, so re-plating or re-gasketing a line doesn't mean waiting weeks for an imported OEM part.

SRJ supports a wide range of Fischer E-series models, including E5, E6, E8, E18, E28, E32, E40, E51, E61, E82, E100, and EX15, used across industrial, HVAC, and food-processing applications. Plates are pressed in thicknesses typically ranging from 0.4mm to 1.0mm depending on the model and duty, using the "Combi Flow" and other corrugation profiles Fischer applies across its plate range, so thermal performance and pressure rating are preserved when switching from an OEM plate to an SRJ-manufactured one.

Material selection follows the same options used in genuine Fischer plates - AISI 316L (1.4404) for standard duty, 254SMO (1.4547) for higher corrosion resistance in aggressive media, and Titanium for the most demanding chemical or seawater-adjacent applications. Gaskets are offered in EPDM (rated for moderate temperatures typical of pasteurization and general process heating), FKM/Viton (for higher temperature and broader chemical resistance), and IIR-HT butyl compounds, and can be supplied as glued or clip-on gaskets to match your plate generation.

For older or discontinued Fischer units where documentation is limited, SRJ can manufacture custom plates and gaskets from a physical sample or technical drawing, which is particularly useful for plants running legacy Fischer equipment that has been in continuous service for many years.
