SRJAL is SRJ's own branded product line for replacement plates and gaskets, built for compatibility with one of the most widely deployed gasketed plate heat exchanger platforms globally - used extensively across HVAC, dairy/food/beverage, marine, power, and general industrial applications. Rather than being a third-party OEM, SRJAL is SRJ's in-house manufacturing program purpose-built to deliver dimensionally accurate, drop-in-compatible plates and gaskets for plants that already run this equipment and need a dependable, cost-effective replacement source.

SRJAL plates and gaskets are engineered to match original port geometry, plate corrugation, and gasket groove profile across the well-known SRJ M-series, SRJ T-series, SRJ TL-series, SRJ TS-series, and SRJ A-series (legacy) ranges, so units already installed in your plant can be re-plated and re-gasketed without any change to the existing frame. SRJAL plates are available in AISI 304/316/316L, Titanium, and other special grades, with gaskets supplied in NBR, EPDM, HNBR, and Viton (FKM), including food-grade options. Every SRJAL plate and gasket is dimensionally checked and pressure-tested before dispatch, giving plant engineers and procurement teams a reliable, drop-in alternative to lengthy OEM lead times.

SRJAL is manufactured on tooling matched to original port position, plate corrugation, and gasket groove geometry across the SRJ M-series (SRJ M3, SRJ M6, SRJ M10, SRJ M15, SRJ M20, SRJ MX25, SRJ M30, SRJ MA30), SRJ T-series (SRJ T2, SRJ T5, SRJ T6, SRJ T8, SRJ T10, SRJ T20, SRJ T35, SRJ T45, SRJ T50, SRJ T200), SRJ TL-series (SRJ TL3, SRJ TL6, SRJ TL10, SRJ TL15, SRJ TL35), SRJ TS-series (SRJ TS6, SRJ TS20, SRJ TS35, SRJ TS50), and SRJ A-series legacy range (SRJ A10, SRJ A15, SRJ A20, SRJ A30, SRJ A35, SRJ AK20, SRJ AM10, SRJ AM20, SRJ AX30). Because each SRJAL plate replicates the original clamping dimension and port layout, it seats correctly on the carrying and guiding bars of your existing frame and holds the correct plate pack length, without requiring any modification to the frame, tightening bolts, or support column.

The SRJ M-series design this line is built around uses a consistent "chocolate" flow-distribution pattern, parallel-flow arrangement, corner guidance on SRJ M10-class and smaller frames, and glue-free gasket technology across most models - all details SRJAL's tooling reproduces precisely, so a replacement plate performs exactly as the original SRJ M-series plate did. This SRJ M-line platform specifically serves high design pressure applications (above 10 bar/145 psi), such as carbonated beverage processing or duties requiring long plate packs, and SRJAL plates for this range are manufactured to hold the same pressure rating and dimensional tolerance.

The SRJ-T, SRJ-TL, and SRJ-TS series cover the broader industrial range this platform is known for, used across general heating, cooling, and heat recovery duties in HVAC, marine, chemical, and process industries. SRJAL reproduces the specific plate thickness (down to 0.4mm on smaller models), corrugation depth, and flow-distribution pattern for each of these SRJ model designations, ensuring thermal performance and pressure drop are preserved after re-plating with SRJAL parts. For plants still running legacy SRJ A-series units - now discontinued by the original manufacturer - SRJAL continues to manufacture compatible plates and gaskets, giving these older installations a continued service life without needing a full unit replacement.

Gaskets under the SRJAL line are supplied in NBR for oils and hydrocarbon-based media, EPDM for water and food-grade duties, HNBR for higher-temperature or oil-swelling-resistant applications, and Viton (FKM) for aggressive chemical or high-temperature conditions - in glue-free or glued formats matching your original plate's fixing method. Plate materials include AISI 304/316/316L stainless steel for standard duty and Titanium for units handling more corrosive or high-chloride process media.

SRJAL's manufacturing is carried out entirely in-house at SRJ's Noida facility, allowing plates and gaskets to be produced to order rather than pulled from limited stock - supporting both current SRJ M/T/TL/TS-series installations and older SRJ A-series units where OEM spares are no longer available from the original source.
