The washboard (corrugated) pattern covers the EX and FX series, offering fewer metal contact points, which makes it well suited to fluids containing fibres, particles, or sludge - the FX series in particular was developed for food-grade applications. The special-pattern range covers the GX series, engineered for fluids with high slurry content or high viscosity, and the YX series, developed exclusively for vapour condensation duty.
